Rosé, red grapes vinified in white in amphora. Our interpretation of a different version of the mainstock of our terroir, which expresses a kinder character than a truly incredible grape.

Its name: the speed of light is a number just under 300, or 299 dot, like the name of this wine that we decided to make while we were experimenting on the plasticity of dolcetto and we said why we don't try it. The light, the one that passes through the color - a fundamental element - is the striking feature of this wine!

It does not contain added sulphites, we use yeasts naturally present on grapes, we do not add selected yeasts. Furthermore, we do not carry out any filtration, we do not clarify it or do any other practice than decanting and squeezing: natural for us means following nature by accompanying it.
